3 years ago I took a leap of faith and became a coach. It has been one of the most amazing decisions of my life. By dedicated an hour or two per day, getting in the best shape of my life, and sharing my journey I was able to build a 6-figure income and provide financial stability for my family. And I will never have to go back to work and leave my kids.
But my job isn't done. I want to help MORE women do this as well. I know there are women out there who NEED this in their lives.

Are you ready to make a bet?
So I'm curious, if you could get paid to workout consistently and drink Shakeology would you do it? Beachbody is going to be giving away millions of dollars this September to people who log 3 workouts a week and drink Shakeology 5 times a week. They're basically making a bet that their workouts will get you results if you stick with it. Literally putting their money where their mouth is. I'm looking for a group of people who want to challenge Beachbody and see if they can get results in 30 days!

Are you ready to get "Summer Strong?"
We have LESS than 30 days until school is out for the summer, the pools are open and we will be officially in SUMMER!! Crazy right? So less than 30 days to really take control over your health and fitness!
Summer is my favorite time of year! I love getting outside with my boys, enjoying the sun, and going to the pool. But I also know it's full of temptations! Lots of traveling, BBQs, yummy cocktails, sweet treats and temptations! All of those things can really set you back from reaching your health and fitness goals....and from feeling like the most CONFIDENT version of yourself!
