"I followed Kellie for well over a year before joining a group with her. When I first joined the challenge group I thought "odds are this totally isn't for me but I'll give it a shot anyway! "When I joined my first challenge group, almost 3 years ago, I had NO idea what a challenge group even was.  I thought I was going to Kellie’s house to workout and she was going to give me fitness and nutrition tips.  I didn’t know that I would be able to workout in the comfort of my own home and be supported online by an amazing group of women who had the same goals that I did.  I got awesome support with my fitness and nutrition.  Before the challenge, I was always strictly a runner only and thought I was in pretty good shape...until I did my first round of T25.  Wow!  I dropped a little over 10 pounds and lost a bunch of inches.  I felt stronger and was amazed that I was capable of actually defining some muscles in my arms.  This was the BEST choice I have ever made for myself....hence the reason I am still following my journey and continuing to join challenge groups AND run my own."
